Party Wall Batts

Bradford Fireseal Party wall batts are designed to meet the fire protection requirements for inter-tenancy walls in multi residential applications.

Made from Rockwool, the insulation has high resistance to shrinkage at high temperatures and is therefore suitable for use as a fire resistant barrier between tenancies.

Applications

  • The product is generally used between the party wall and the roofing material and can also be used as fire seal between the edge of a floor slab and the façade of a building.
